What your reading includes
Your Personal Life Map includes a calculated Vedic chart and 20-year timing map, your selected focus areas, and a traditional palm-reading lens. Face Reading requires both a face photo and a separate opt-in at checkout.
Babylonian astrology and Kabbalistic symbolism are educational topics on the site, rather than included report lenses. Dedicated compatibility checkout and completed compatibility reports are not currently available.
Interpretation and limitations
Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not scientific predictions, guarantees, or medical, financial, legal, or relationship advice. Do not base important decisions solely on a reading.
Your information and optional account
You can preview your chart and buy a report without creating an account. Provide accurate birth details, usable photos for the full reading, and a working email address at guest checkout. Keep guest report links and any account login credentials secure. Incorrect or incomplete inputs can affect your chart or reading. Contact support if you discover a problem with information submitted for an existing order.
After a guest purchase, you may optionally add it to a new or existing account by verifying an account email that matches the purchase email. Once added, the purchase is accessed by signing in and its guest access links are revoked.
Only submit another person’s private information with their consent. You must accept the relevant processing notice before uploading an image. See the privacy policy for processing and deletion information.
Prices and checkout
A free chart preview is available after saving your birth details, without an account, email, photos, or payment. The full report price and currency are shown at checkout. Guest checkout is available. When payment is required, it is processed through Razorpay and must be confirmed before report generation starts.
If checkout shows that the full report is free, no payment is required and the payment gateway is bypassed. Completing the required checkout steps still starts report generation.
Report generation and access
Photos are checked for usable framing and clarity during upload. After you choose your focus areas and complete checkout, generation starts automatically once any required payment is confirmed.
Your order page shows payment confirmation and report progress. Guest report generation continues if you close the tab. When the report is ready, we email a secure access link to the address used at checkout so you can view it and download a PDF without signing in. Signed-in purchases are available in your account. Generation can fail or be delayed; if your order fails or your report is unavailable, contact support with your order reference if available and the email used at checkout.
Guest email links can be used once and expire after seven days. Opening a valid link grants that browser access for up to 30 days. Request a fresh link through Find my reading if a link is lost, expired, or already used, or if you switch devices. You need access to the purchase email; contact support if you cannot access that address.

Digital purchases and refunds
Sutra5 provides a digital service. Purchases are final and we do not offer refunds after purchase, except where required by applicable law. Please review the report scope, your submitted information and the checkout price before purchasing.
If your report fails to generate or you have trouble accessing it, contact support with your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a description of the problem so we can investigate. Do not send payment-card details or new palm or face photos with the request.
Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable consumer law. Where a refund is legally required, its completion is subject to the payment provider and bank processing. A free report has no payment to refund.
Acceptable use
Do not submit information without the relevant person’s consent, misuse another person’s account, interfere with the service, or use Sutra5 in a way that violates applicable law.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. Updates are posted here with a new last-updated date. Contact support if you have questions before completing checkout.
