Yes. Enter your name and exact birth date, time, and place to see your calculated Ascendant, Moon sign, and Moon nakshatra. The preview needs no account, email address, photos, or payment.

Yes. After your preview, add the required palm photo, choose your focus areas, and complete guest checkout. Face reading is included when you add a photo and opt in. Enter an email address you can access: we use it to deliver your private report link and help you recover access. You do not need to create an account or set a password.

For the free preview, we ask for your name and exact date, time, and place of birth. For the full report, a clear palm photo is required and you choose whether to add a face photo. Guest checkout also needs a delivery email address. Before uploading either image, you must accept its processing notice; including the face-reading lens also requires a separate opt-in at checkout.

Your Personal Life Map includes a calculated 20-year Vedic timing map, your selected focus areas, and a traditional palm-reading lens. Face Reading is included only if you upload a face photo and separately opt in at checkout. Babylonian astrology and Kabbalistic symbolism are educational topics on the site, rather than included report lenses. The reading is offered for reflection, not prediction.

Your Vedic chart and timing map are calculated from the birth details you provide. The interpretations and visual reading lenses draw on traditional symbolic practices; they are not scientific predictions or guarantees. Use the reading as a prompt for reflection, rather than as a substitute for medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

The Compatibility page currently lets you explore shared profile and reading-lens options. Dedicated compatibility checkout and a completed compatibility report are not yet available. Only enter another person’s details with their consent.

Sutra5 is a digital service. Purchases are final and we do not offer refunds after purchase, except where required by applicable law. If your report fails to generate or you have trouble accessing it, contact support with your order reference and the email used at checkout so we can investigate. An account is not required to ask for help.

After checkout, your order page shows payment confirmation and report progress. Generation starts automatically once any required payment is confirmed, and can take time. You can close the tab while it runs. When a guest report is ready, we email a secure access link to the address used at checkout. You can then view the report and download its PDF without an account. Signed-in purchases are available in your account.

Return to your order page to check payment and report progress. If payment was deducted but confirmation is pending, wait for the status to update or contact support before paying again. Report generation continues after you close the tab. If generation fails or you cannot return to the order, contact support with the email used at checkout and your order reference if available.

Use Find my reading and enter the email used at checkout to request a fresh access link. You can add your order reference to identify a particular purchase. Guest email links can be used once and expire after seven days; after opening one, that browser can retain access for up to 30 days. Keep the link private. If you cannot access the purchase email, contact support so we can verify ownership.

Yes. Request a fresh link through Find my reading using your purchase email, then open that link on the device where you want to read or download the report. Request another link if the previous one was already used. Each link grants private access to its purchase; you do not need an account.

Yes. Account creation after purchase is optional and does not block guest report access. Use the option to add your purchase to an account, then verify an account email that matches the email used at checkout. You can use a new or existing account. Once the purchase is added, access it by signing in; its guest access links stop working.

Your information is used to create your requested reading, deliver your report, and manage an account if you choose to have one. Service providers process the information needed to operate Sutra5. With your consent, uploaded images are stored and sent to OpenAI for a private quality check and the requested visual reading. A face photo is used for the face-reading lens only with your separate checkout opt-in. We do not sell your personal information or use your birth details, photos, or reading results for marketing. Guests can request reading deletion too; we verify ownership of the purchase email before acting.
